Our Selection Process

Only the top 5% of professionals make it onto TrustValet. We review providers across every category and city and most do not make the cut. Our standards are high because the people using our platform deserve reliable, trustworthy professionals, not just available ones.

Every provider is assessed using public data, verified credentials and reputation signals from trusted platforms. If something does not look right, they do not get listed. No shortcuts, no exceptions. Every professional on our platform has passed the same rigorous review before appearing on TrustValet.

Some professionals on our platform are marked as Featured. Featured listings are paid placements. This means the business has chosen to invest in greater visibility across our platform. What cannot be paid for is our verification. Every Featured business must pass our full selection process before becoming eligible for a Featured placement. Verified first, featured second, always.

Every professional on TrustValet goes through a careful review process. We check public records, credentials, reputation and real customer feedback before anyone is listed.

How We Discover and Evaluate Local Experts

We identify professionals from across the UK using public directories, local insights, review platforms and user recommendations. Only those with an active online presence, clear service information and consistent customer engagement are considered for review.

Real Reviews, No Manipulation

We use trusted APIs and AI-powered tools to scan for signs of review manipulation. We analyse review patterns, detect sudden changes in reputation and flag businesses with unusual activity to protect our users from misleading listings.

Strict Credential Verification

Every business is reviewed using public data including relevant licences, certifications and industry memberships. We verify this through trusted sources such as Companies House, The Gazette and official trade associations.

Reputation Across Trusted Platforms

We analyse reviews and public reputation from Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Yelp. We do not just look at star ratings. We consider volume, tone, consistency over time and how the business responds to its customers.
